Founding Full Stack Engineer (AI Startup)

Wagmi Venture Studio is Europe's first web3 venture studio. We are building blockchain infrastructure to support emergent trends such as AI, Cognitive AR/VR/XR, and Metaverse. We're looking for a leader who can innovate, design and develop highly scalable systems, promote a culture of technical learning, and build a team of formidable engineers.

Looking for a Fullstack Engineer for the founding team of a new venture in the generative AI (genAI) space.

You will have an impact on:

• As our Founding Engineer and first Engineer in the company, you're responsible for the technical side of our product, the tech stack and the growth of our Engineering team
• You'll grow, coach and mentor our engineering team, performing code reviews, higher-level software design, and direct management
• Together with our Head of Product and our Founder's team, you'll design the long-term technical roadmap and vision of our product
• As an expert in your field, you're choosing the right technologies for the architecture of our platform, designing and building it out from scratch and the systems that govern it, including data infrastructure, deployment, version control, etc.

What you will add:

• You're a Senior Fullstack Engineer/Architect, an expert in a JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular; Next etc.), working with TypeScript
• You write clean code, know the latest technologies and choose the best where useful
• You feel confident about your own architectural decisions, finding a good balance between "Doing things fast" and being prepared for upcoming features
• You have a deep understanding of technical infrastructures, worked with the Cloud (preferably AWS), databases and know your way around on the DevOps side
• You're an excellent communicator who knows how to juggle multiple stakeholders
• With your product-driven mindset, you bring deep empathy to our customers
